Some countries may impose import taxes on customers. Please understand we don’t have control or responsibility over those charges.
*Note for US orders:
Following the end of the US de minimis exemption, Japan Post now requires all US customs duties and processing fees to be prepaid by the sender. To cover these mandatory fees upfront, they have been built directly into the total US shipping price at checkout. No additional fees will be due upon delivery.
*Note for EU orders:
Following the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), shipments are now subject to stricter customs processing. Packages might experience unpredictable delays, local handling fees, or returns. In the unlikely case your package is turned back by customs, we will refund both the artwork and the initial shipping cost.
